Booking Policy

A NON REFUNDABLE Deposit is Required when booking. Deposits are taken to confirm bookings and must be paid within 24hrs of booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment a late cancellation penalty fee of €10 will be charged for your next appointment. Rescheduling can be done within the same month of the original booking. you must reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be subject to a late rescheduling fee of €10. There is a Grace Period of 10 mins, after this a late fee of €10 will be charged. Appointments MAY be canceled if you arrive over 15 mins late. If you don’t see an appointment available for the time you desire feel free to DM or email us and we will try our best to accommodate you. Please be aware that a fee of €10 will be applied as it will be considered a Premium Appointment. All deposits must be paid when booking. The outstanding balance must be paid in CASH or REVOLUT ONLY. Please bring the exact amount if paying in cash. Do not show up to your appointment more than 5 minutes early. No plus ones allowed. No shows will be blacklisted. If you are paying the outstanding balance in cash, please bring the exact amount. Please do not come to your appointment with makeup on your eyes. A consultation and agreement form must be signed for all new clients. Booking an appointment is confirmation that you agree to all the policies set in place.
